I attended the Cosmetology program at Vo-Tech and became a licensed stylist before graduating High School. I started my career with Sherry’s Beauty Salon in the fall of 1988 and built my clientele over many years. I am very thankful to be able to continue working in the community where I grew up. I feel very fortunate to have met so many wonderful people and enhance the beauty for several generations of my clientele over the years and for many more years to come.

I attended beauty school in West Virginia and began working at Sherry’s Beauty Salon in 1984. I left for 5 1/2 years, but ultimately returned to Sherry’s. It is so rewarding to make people feel special.. Our clients are very special to us and I am so happy to have had several generations of the same family come in for services. That tells me, we must be doing something right.

I started out in the beauty industry in 2016. I worked at a corporate salon until 2020 when I started at Sherry’s. I love making people feel beautiful every day.

My hair styling journey started in the 80’s, I worked in a wonderful salon for 6 years. Then had a career as a Police Dispatcher for 30 years. In 2019 I found my way back to hair styling - I worked in a few salons for a couple of years and I was led to Sherry’s and found out that Sherry was retiring, I purchased the Salon, now called Still Sherry’s in 2021 and it’s the realization of a dream I didn’t even know I had. I couldn’t have dreamt of a better team, I’m so fortunate. I love the salon and my fabulous team.
